Username and password (passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt)

Requests must include:
Full name
Email address associated with the account
Description of the request
All deletion requests are identity-verified before processing. Verified requests are completed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
All data deletion requests are:
Logged in an internal request management system
Timestamped and associated with the verified requester
Tracked through resolution
Retained as part of Deconflict’s SOC 2 audit trail
Logs include request type, verification status, action taken, and completion date.
Active account data is retained while the account remains active
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity
Support communications are retained for 24 months
Security logs are retained for 12 months
Wallet intelligence data is retained indefinitely and does not contain personal information
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
AES-256 encryption at rest
TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
SOC 2 Type II certification
Role-based access controls
Optional multi-factor authentication
Continuous security monitoring
No system is completely secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
All personal information is stored and processed in the United States using secure AWS infrastructure.
For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical and organizational safeguards.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability.
Requests may be submitted using the methods described in Section 5.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
