These terms are governed by Delaware law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings where enforceable by law. Arbitration language may be fine-tuned in future attorney reviews to comply with evolving case law.
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
